Terms of Use

These terms apply to everyone using the Sanayile mobile app and the sanayile.com website. By creating an account or using the platform you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform.

1. Definitions

• Platform: the Sanayile mobile app and the sanayile.com website.
• User: any natural person who creates an account or visits the platform.
• Shop owner: a user who publishes and manages their business on the platform.
• Content: shop details, price lists, campaigns, photos, reviews, messages and any other data entered on the platform.

2. Nature of the service: Sanayile is an intermediary

Sanayile is a discovery and contact platform connecting drivers with industrial-district auto shops. It acts as an intermediary service provider:

• Shop details, price lists, supported brands and campaigns are declared by shop owners. Sanayile is not obliged to verify their accuracy.
• Price lists are informational, not binding offers. The final price, scope and timeline are agreed between you and the shop.
• No payment is taken through the platform. Payment, invoicing and any guarantee for the work are strictly between you and the shop.
• Sanayile is not a party to the quality of workmanship, the duration of the work, any damage or any dispute. Reviews and verification help you decide; they are not a guarantee.

3. Account and security

• Membership is created with a Google or Apple account; accounts are personal and not transferable.
• You must be at least 13 years old; if you are under 18 you are deemed to have your parent's or guardian's consent.
• Any phone number you add must be yours and real. Implausible numbers are rejected by the system.
• You are responsible for activity on your account; report any unauthorized use to us.

4. Acceptable use

The following are prohibited on the platform:

• Creating fake accounts, or accounts and shops on someone else's behalf,
• Writing or commissioning fake, misleading or paid reviews,
• Insults, threats, hate speech and obscene content,
• Collecting, copying or scraping other users' data,
• Interfering with the platform's operation or reverse engineering it,
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Reviews and content

• Reviews are checked before publishing. Insults, ads, misleading claims and off-topic content are rejected; published reviews may be removed if a violation is found later.
• Published reviews appear publicly with your name; the shop owner may reply publicly.
• You must own or hold the rights to the content you upload. By uploading, you grant a free licence limited to displaying the content on the platform; ownership stays with you.
• You are legally responsible for your content and agree to indemnify Sanayile against third-party claims arising from it.

6. Shop owner terms

• Shop registration and claiming are verified with a proof-of-business document. One user may manage one shop.
• Shop name, address, contact channels, opening hours, price list and campaigns must be kept accurate and current. Honouring campaign terms is the shop owner's responsibility.
• False declarations, fake documents or attempts to claim someone else's shop lead to removal from publication and may lead to account termination.
• Statistics shown to owners (views, calls, directions) are totals only and contain no per-person data.
• Platform caps apply to service and product lists and to active campaigns; contact us to go beyond them.

7. Intellectual property

The Sanayile name, logo, interface design, software and platform content (excluding user content) belong to Sanayile and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed beyond personal use.

8. Limitation of liability

• The platform is provided "as is". Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed; service may pause for maintenance, updates or technical failure.
• Sanayile is not liable for disputes between you and a shop, including workmanship and damage.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanayile is not liable for indirect damages.

9. Suspension and termination

• Accounts violating these terms may be warned, suspended or terminated; violating content is removed.
• You may permanently delete your account anytime in the app (Profile, Account, Delete Account).
• The platform, in whole or in part, may be discontinued with prior notice.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes are published on this page with a new date above and, where necessary, announced in the app. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the current terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For disputes, the competent courts and authorities are determined by general provisions, including consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts where applicable.
